Process of the IPO?

 1. Hire an Investment Bank 

  it is not for the investor side, it's for the company will hire a bank for the investment, and the investment bank will invest or manage all things for the company.

2. Due Diligence & Filing

it is also for a company side in this phase company will discuss with the bank like an Underwriting, Syndicate Underwriting or some commitment.

3. Pricing

In this phase, Bank will Decide about the pricing of each share, No. of Shares to be Issued, the Issue size like How many shares are in the lot, and the minimum Investment value.

4. Distribution

Here company and the bank will decide the equity for the different parts like how many shares are allocated to an Institutional investor or Non-Institutional Or Retail Investor.

5. Application Process & Share Allotment

it is for the normal investor like us, after all, things set then the bank will start to take applications for a lot to suppose if you want to buy there stoke then you need to first apply for that stoke and waiting for the list of allocation. cause sometimes applications are more than the allocated list at that time company will select a random application and decide an allotment of the share.

6. Listing on Stoke Exchange

here is the final phase of the IPO process after getting all applications banks and companies will out the list of Selected Candidate for the people who get the IPO, and other people who are deallocated for the IPO get a refund amount of their bank account. all process within 3 days after announcing the list.

you can simply apply for the IPO by your running trading application. like Angel one, Zerodha, etc. you need to go to the IPO section and then apply for the IPO.put your basic detail and after that, money will be debited from your account. and after 3 days if you are allocated for the IPO then you owe that and otherwise, your money will be refunded in your account.
